What this website does
This site is a product catalog only. We do not sell online, take payments, or offer customer accounts here. There is no checkout, and we do not ask you to submit your name, address, email, or payment details anywhere on this site.
Information we collect
- Technical information. Like most websites, our server records standard request data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of the request. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
- Age confirmation. We ask you to confirm you are 19 or older each time you open the site. Your answer is not stored anywhere: nothing is saved in your browser and nothing is sent to us.
- Staff sign-in. Our staff admin area sets a signed, httpOnly session cookie when a staff member logs in. This applies only to store staff, not to visitors.
- In store. When you buy from us in person, we keep the transaction and receipt records we need for our books, returns, and exchanges. We check government photo ID to confirm age at the point of sale; we look at it, we do not copy or keep it.
Third-party content on this site
Two things on this site are loaded from other companies' servers, which means those companies receive your IP address and standard browser information when the content loads:
- Google Maps. The map on our home and contact pages is embedded from Google. Google may set its own cookies and collects data under its own privacy policy.
- Product images. Some product photos are served from our suppliers' image hosts rather than from our own server.
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics scripts on this site, and we do not use cookies to profile visitors.
How we use information
We use the information above to operate and secure the website, to remember your age confirmation, to complete in-store sales, and to handle returns and exchanges under our Return & Exchange Policy. We also use it to meet our legal obligations, including age-restricted sales requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store and website, and only as needed for that purpose, or where we are required to by law, a court order, or a regulator.
Retention
We keep in-store transaction records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, and warranty purposes, and then dispose of them securely. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
Your choices and rights
You can block third-party content using your browser settings; the site will still work, though the map may not load.
Under Canadian privacy law you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or complain about how we have handled it. Contact us using the details above and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Age restriction
Our products are for adults aged 19 and over. This site is not directed at anyone under 19, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
